Just typed in a long description of the issue I am having, uploaded a file and you deleted all my text, thank for that!!!
You are seriously flawed, what is wrong with you.
Can’t run Starlight, never previews, eventually get an error.
Sometimes it starts creating a file, sometimes it doesn’t.
Runner.exe is still running, even tho Topaz has now hung.

Are you still seeing an issue with model in the latest release which is 1.0.4? If so, can you share the logs directly to the support team at help@topazlabs.com so we can try and get it sorted out?
