Topaz products cant open my raw files

Hi there
the 3 products well downloaded , cant open my Nikon files And i cant reach any support on Topaz site
Its on Windows, but as no one is answering from Topaz . Let me know how i can get my money back

Raise a support request at the main website. This is a user to user forum and we can’t give you your money back.

For your NEF files try using uncompressed RAW images or try using Photo AI as if you are talking about DeNoise, Sharpen and GigaPixel they haven’t been updated in a long while. And, if you are post in the Topaz Products section.
