This isn’t my issue, it’s that face recovery v2 doesn’t complete processing at all, and switching between v1 and v2 leads to crashing.
Seeing you are forcing NVDIA in AI Processor, make sure to be on Auto AI Processor in Edit > Preferences, General. If issues remain send us logs to support@topazlabs.com and we can open a development team ticket.
Is it possible to use Recover v2 model in Photo v1.3.1? 
No, it’s not. There’s only v3 in Photo (at least, I don’t see any other there). Recovery v2 is in Gigapixel 1.1.2 (v3 is offered implicitly there, but I can see v2 there so far).

I reduced it by doing a clean install. I gained approximately 20 GB.
I also experience this when switching between V1 and V2, as well as adjusting the slider. Eventually, the software crashes.

I have the founders deal and still have a few more months until it will be time to renew the subscription. Today I was looking at what seems to have changed from Photo AI 4.0.4 to Photo 1.3.1. The main things I can see are the free cloud rendering for some operations and for Upscale the addition of Standard Max and Wonder Beta. What else has changed in the last 7 months since Topaz changed to the subscription model?
@Tostanica-fezanamu The new models added in Topaz Photo are: Sharpen Standard Max, Sharpen Portrait, Sharpen Wildlife, Recover v3 , Healing Tool, Wonder v1 and v2, Adjust Lighting v3 and Remove v2. Also the ability to add Upscale anywhere in the filter stack and not only at the end.
If you don’t need any of the new models and Photo AI already gives you all you need, you can cancel your renewal in your Subscriptions page, and once the paid time lapses, go back to using your Owned Photo AI v4.0.4 version!

Thank you for the more complete list. Strangely, my Photo 1.3.1 does not have Sharpen Standard Max. It does have Sharpen Portrait Beta and Sharpen Wildlife Beta though. Yes, it has Upscale Recover 3 also.
I forgot to check Adjust Lighting and Remove since I never use those. I also don’t use Dust & Scratch. All of these are, I am sure, very useful for some people though.
There is no need to cancel yet since I have a few months until renewal comes along. I will be looking forward to seeing what you release until then to decide what to do.
I realize most of your work and effort has shifted to your deal with Adobe which puts very cutdown versions in Lightroom and Photoshop. Maybe that is where much of your revenue comes from these days so naturally your focus would be on that.

This is wonderful pardon the pun. Just installed the program and wow! Just wow! I loaded a photo and the respect it gave to the details in the picture were just mind boggling. Same picture - just more res and detail. Bravo Topaz!!! Now if you bring the Neurostream to Topaz Video at the same quality and footprint so that can it fit on my RTX 5060 ti - you have a customer for life!!! Astra Lite - one can dream…

Wonder 1 seems to be stuck on preparing image for me now, Wonder 2 works just fine. This is both for cloud and local processing.
