Comment faire ?
Merci à l’équipe de Topaz

@serge.dussans - Thanks for flagging this. Can you send the failing Wonder 2 image you mention to Support as well as examples of failing Dust and Scratch images? We will also need your apps logs (Help menu > Open Logs folder > Send us all the logs) to this email: support@topazlabs.com and we can troubleshoot and relay to the development team

As local Wonder2 rendering isn’t available on AMD GPUs, v1.3.0 Seems to have broken Wonder1 (local rendering) while using an RX 9070 XT. On 1.3.0 it gets stuck at the first step “Processing the image” forever. Reverting back to 1.21.1 makes it (Wonder1 local rendering) work again.

@bengt-7721 - Can you ensure your AI Processor is to Auto and not AMD in Edit, Preferences, General, AI Processor? We see on our end it is not.

If issues remain - Could you send your full logs folder (Help menu, Open Logs folder) to support@topazlabs.com? I’ll relay it to the development team. The logs include the last 10 sessions, which will allow us to compare behavior between v1.3.0 and v1.2.1 once we have the complete set. Also - For now, there’s no need to update to v1.3.0 on this machine, as it wouldn’t benefit from the new updates.

Thanks, and we’ll take a look as soon as we have the logs.

Well I thought it was because it was on “Auto” and switched back to AMD 9070 XT but it made no difference in 1.30.0.

And… if local render on 1.30.0 is broken it does make a difference to me. I will stick to 1.21.1 and I will send you the logs.

@bengt-7721 - yes even with you on v1.2.1 for now it will be useful to get the logs to see the issue happening in v1.3.0! Thanks!

Unfortunately, the output is riddled with artifacts and less detaild.
Wonder 2 cloud Gigapixel is significantly better.

can you share the originals by DM and I can relay to Lingyu and the development team your results

I ‘Wonder’ if exceeding 12MP locally is causing this because I am not seeing those issues with smaller images…

Ooh. Good one!

Yes, same on my end. Wonder 1 is currently performing better than Wonder v2 locally. I tried applying a power limit and underclocking the GPU, and the result is the same — so it’s not related to the Performance VBIOS mode. There’s definitely some strange bug that’s been carrying over since Recover v3, and it affects both Gigapixel and the Photo programs.

@Ange.topazlabs I’ve forwarded a test sample as well.

Please no!

Yes, Wonder v1 doesn’t work for me either. For comparison, I used the one from Gigapixel. Could you try running the Recover v3 model with the AI Processor temporarily set to CPU, and then switch it to Auto or GPU? Is there any difference? You’ll need to close and reopen the program after each device selection so the model doesn’t stay cached. On my end, the difference is huge — Recover v3 works as expected on CPU.

It is very good news.
Two question.

  1. Will Wonder models now process images with higher resolution than before (with limited video memory; 8 GB)?
  2. Will other existing models that are large enough (e.g., Super Focus) use NeuroServer?

Can you confirm the exact installer you are using? This seems to be the ARM installer for ARM Windows machines but seeing you are on a Mac.

Let us know your machine’s info and we can help you choose the correct one:
Apple Silicon Mac: Download
Intel Mac: Download

We just released v1.3.1 with Wonder 2 local render for all users, regardless of Founder status!
