The original file, a screenshot of your enhancements used in the app, your System Profile and logs (Help > Open Logs folder)?
Processing issues like this can be: an outdated graphics card, incorrect enhancement used, or incorrect enhancement order, It can also be missing or corrupted models. I will know more once we see your workflow, driver dates/logs/test your file.
For anyone that had flagged the Sharpen Opacity slider missing or Cloud cropping issues when using non-whole scale numbers - this is now resolved in v1.2.1.
