Topaz Photo v. 1.3.3 reduces the dpi from 300 to 72

After the latest 3 updates, when saving the enhanced image Topaz reduces the resolution from 300 dpi to 72 dpi.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Step 1 “Load an image with 300 dpi”
  2. Step 2 “Enhance the image”
  3. Step 3 “Save the image as jpg”

the resolution is reduced to 72 dpi

images do not have a dots per inch size. they only have a pixel size. dots per inch is related to the output device, will say: your printer. dependend on the dpi of your printer the same pixel size image will get larger or smaller.

Is this a DNG that’s been exported from Topaz Photo AI that you’re viewing?
