I opens but it does not let me do anything like open pics, or edit them. It just stays stuck. I have a new macbook so I know that is not the issue as I am able to run multiple Adobe products at once. I can even run this software alone.

I have similar problem. it doesn’t even start.

Same problem. Photo AI does not start at all,
