Topaz Photo only saves in black and white, ignoring color

No matter which photo, or which Photo settings, Photo AI (which was working fine) now only saves in black and white.
Topaz Photo only saves in black and white, ignoring color.
Steps to reproduce issue:

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? An example of 1-3 files where this is occurring for you would be helpful for us to troubleshoot and investigate.

Also please send in your system profile information so I can check if your computer hardware is up to date.

Thanks for responding.
I sent files showing the picture that only would save in black and white to the dropbox link you provided.
I tried sending a Loom file showing the process, but this email won’t accept links and I couldn’t figure out how to get it in your dropbox. Is there some other way I can send you that link?

I’ve been really busy, but my memory said I was having this same trouble with multiple files. Today other files seemed to be working ok, saving in color. Attached is the system report you requested.
