Steps to reproduce issue:
Topaz Photo AI [v1.4.2] on [Windows/Mac]
Please visit this page, select your operating system (Windows) and click “Find Your System Profile”. Send me the system profile so I can check your system specs.
Topaz Photo AI System Requirements
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
It looks like you have a NVIDIA RTX A4000 graphics card. We currently have a bug with this series of graphics card.
We are working on a fix. For now, please open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Edit > Preferences > General menu. Select the AI Processor menu and click CPU.
This will prevent a crash for now.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Ida was asking for the Topaz Video AI files. It looks like you uploaded the Topaz Photo AI log files.
The bug for the NVIDIA Ax000 series graphics cards will be in the next 2-3 weeks.
Video AI is working fine right now…

Process some images and let me know what happens. If you see any errors or issues, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Email me all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
