Good evening, with Apple M3 pro processors Topaz Photo AI is completely unusable… The problem can be resolved quickly, otherwise I will cancel the subscription!!!

I have a M2Pro and it works just fine.

Hi, sorry for the delay in your replies, but I had work problems. Let’s get back to the problem, I just renewed my subscription, but since I use it on two laptops, a MacBook Pro 15 i9 and a MacBook Pro 14 M3pro, the situation is devastating, let me explain:
On the MacBook Pro 14 M3pro the application is very slow, for example it takes 40 seconds to enter the sharpness slider!!!
Now with the latest version 2.3.1 on the MacBook Pro 15 i9 it doesn’t load saying that the installation package is damaged. I have already tried several times, even deleting everything, but I always get the same error.
Maybe there is some procedure that I don’t know that I need to do to overcome these problems? I need to work on it on both laptops, but at this level it’s really tiring and nerve-wracking…

If you are receiving the error message that the installation package is “damaged” on your MacOS machine please follow the instructions below to fix it:

  1. Install Topaz Photo AI from your “My Products” page and run it.
  2. When you see the error appear, ignore it and keep Topaz Photo AI.
  3. Go to your Mac System Settings > Privacy & Security tab and scroll down to the security section. Video here.
  4. You will see a section that says Topaz Photo AI is damaged. Click the option to trust it.
  5. Run Topaz Photo AI and it should work this time.
