Photo AI 4.0 was released on 5/8 (the last real release) and since then minor bug fix releases 4.0.1 (5/30), 4.0.2 (6/18), and 4.0.3 (8/14).
I saw mention earlier about a beta that has been out for a long time to beta users, but has still not been officially released. Is this just another minor bug fix release (often bugs that affect very few people) or is it a more significant release? Any idea when it will be released? What is in it?
@Tostanica-fezanamu - This v4.0.2 was a major patch update and while it didn’t seem to be fixing issues you had, it did fix major issues for a lot of user. Another patch is set to be released next week with more fixes. The new models that are in beta testing are still being tweaked based on issues and flags by the beta testers and will be out in near future as well, stay tuned!

Yes, I know that people with RTX 50* GPUs were waiting for the fix which was the only fix in 4.0.2.
Naturally, for them the 4.0.2 release was a big deal that they had been waiting for. Not for anyone else, of course.

yes - v4.0.2 impacted multiple hundreds of users that wrote in about incompatibilities with the new RTX 5000 cards (prevented Sharpen and Denoise models from being used). Then - v4.0.3 impacted multiple thousands of users (anyone, no matter the graphic card on mac or windows doing batch processing (more then 2 pictures exported at the time, and anyone using the Capture One or Apple Photos plugin). Issues are tackled by the number of users affected and these were the most urgent fixes and very eagerly awaited patches for all users affected. Make sure to write to support@topazlabs.com if you have any unreported issues, to make sure our number of affected users remains true to your experience. For features, make sure to add your votes to the Ideas forum to let the development team know what the most popular requests are!

@Fotodrops and anyone else who had issues with the thumbnails not showing properly, we have released Topaz Photo v1.1.0, which is fixing the issue.
