Oh yes, then can rule out driver. Macs have firewalls - make sure to turn it off and retest. Send in a screen recording of the behavior and if it allows you to access the Help \> Open Logs folder, send us the logs to [support@topazlabs.com](mailto:support@topazlabs.com) too. You can revert to [v4.0.1](https://community.topazlabs.com/t/topaz-photo-ai-v4-0-1/91794) once the screen recording of the behavior and logs are sent!
