Topaz Photo AI v3.3.3 crashes every time I tried to open a photo

As soon as I drag and drop an image to Photo AI or browsed and selected an image, Photo AI crashed.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: start Photo AI
  2. Step 2: drag and drop any image to the editing window
  3. Step 3: Photo AI crashes
