@dakota.wixom I tried the auto-renewal subscription but noticed that PayPal is not one of the payment options. Only credit cards appear to be accepted. Or do I miss something?

I got an email about auto renewing PAI and just signed up for it.
It should be there on your profile page on Topazlabs.com
Just click āMy Productsā and the little Question Mark next to Topaz Photo AI:
Scroll down a bit on the next pageā¦ the āFirst timeā purchase price comes first, but under that you have the upgrade prices:
Clicking āBuyā should give you the option of doing a one time purchase or auto upgrades (ticked by default):
Me Iām still on the fence about this whole thing. Black Friday is around the corner, and what if they suddenly decide to do some real crazy price cuts for upgrading? Can I still add a year if prices go wild, orā¦?
I remember that sweet upgrade of GAI in back February where I paid $7 to get another year. Will I still be able to jump on that kind of stuff along the way?
Topaz typically offers Black Friday deals. But no idea what the terms will be.
Other photo processing software firms whose apps I use too, generally offer an additional year extension option. In other words, if youāve already renewed an annual license and (for example) it will run out in August 2025, these other companies Iām referring to will offer users Black Friday deals at great prices to extend the active license to the appropriate end date in 2026. They want to entice/retain customers, so thatās the deal they offer.

Yeah, this I knowā¦ Iām just a bit unsure of how compatible that auto-renewal thing is with adding a possible Black Friday deal. My PAI currently runs out November 27th. which actually look like it puts my auto-renewal before Black Friday which Google (A swede in Spain with to much on his mind need to look that stuff up 
) tells me happens on November 29th this yearā¦ after my auto-renewal.

my guess would be that if Topaz does run a special, it would be for only 1 yr and discounted off of the $119/y price.
I noticed that as wellā¦ donāt really understand why, as for me Paypal is the āgo toā solution for me when it comes to subscriptions.

Last year in December month they offered HOLIDAY CASH, it cost me 49.00 ( 72 Au ) to upgrade, auto renew will cost 121 AU after discount.

I really love it how the Topazlabs servers behaves under pressureā¦ I remember having similar problems back in February when I got GAI for $7:

Edit: I know - one of the screenshots is from GAI, but now that weāre already talking about this auto-renewal thing here I thought Iād keep the GAI thread clean.
Sounds like someone needs to sweeten the deals for everyone! 
Quick update, I was playing around and it seems like the preserve text function is only processing using my cpu instead of using my gpu. This is happening in both 3.2.2 and the latest beta 3.3.0.2b, reverting to 3.2.0 fixes it and it processes it at the normal speed. Anybody else noticing this?
I believe you may need to read the Changelog notes. Are you running Win?
On my system Iām noticing that Preserve Text seems to be ignoring the selection and applying itself to the whole image. That would make things slower.
Is anyone else getting this behaviour?

EDIT2: Reverted to version 3.2.1 and found that has the same problem. Then tried the previous beta version 3.2.0.3b and found that works as expected (applies Preserve Text to just the selected area).
This could be affecting the new beta 3.3.0.2b, but I wonāt be checking that because my licence has expired and I wonāt be renewing for now.
The changelog isnāt very clear, but I think this statement only relates to the new Super Focus model in the beta.

Usually comments on beta are only posted in beta forum. There are various things being posted/discussed in that pre-release thread that require attention.
I was under the impression that note was only for the new Super Focus model, regardless Iām getting the same issue in this new 3.2.2 non beta release anyway, it works as intended in 3.2.0 I was just mentioning I was noticing the issue in the beta too. And yeah Iām on Win11 Pro with a 4090
I was only replying to your reply to alexb about the beta changelog notes. No more than that.

An email for it came in for me at the 11th hour and the link in the email got me there as well.
Oddly, the website gives no option to extend the subscription for Photo AI, only an option to buy 2 more seats.

Oddly, the My Products page has no āExtend 1 Yearā link for Photo AI, only a link to āBuy More Seatsā which does not lead to an auto-renew option. With Gigapixel AI and Video AI all I had to do to set up auto-renew was click the āExtend 1 Yearā links. Didnāt occur to me the question mark would lead anywhere except online help. I was expecting all three to work the same.
Maybe it is different because it was originally a free extra on the Gigapixel AI + Sharpen AI + DeNoise AI bundle.
