Opening a photo from Photoshop 2025 into Photo AI.
Face Recovery results in “Error running model”
I did not have this issue before upgrading to v3.3.0
I also have this issue with the Beta v3.3.0.5b and v3.3.0.4b.

Same problem here. Standalone app working good.

Plugin for Photoshop 2025 no longer launching Photo AI v3.3. On the one occasion it did launch I was presented with a plain pink image with no detail. Exporting back to Photoshop did not revert to the original image. Opening an image within the standalone Topaz app is unaffected. Think the new focus beta might be the problem.

this problem hasn’t been resolved. I am having the same problem a month later. have upgraded my topaz photo ai, still not responding. stand alone working fine.
