Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1. In LRC opened Photo>Edit in>Topaz Photo AI
2. Step 2 Image does not open
3. Step 3 Everything freezes
   I’ve tried uploading from Lightroom Classic as well as from the Finder with no success. Please fix this bug. The software is useless ever since I downloaded v. 2. I’ve tried uploading numerous times (6x), while turning off the VPN so it can load the models. This version is useless. It was such a great product before this version was released.

Thanks, but I can’t find the Apple menu - I’m on Windows! I did change the AI Processor to my graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super) in Preferences and that has helped Topaz not to freeze.

One bug that remains is that the “Save to Adobe Lightroom” button is illuminated whether or not the preview is updated. If I am not mistaken, that only used to light up when the image preview was completed.

Were you working with batches of images? If so, we have a fix for this freezing issue in the version that is releasing later today.
