After Upgrade to 2.0.2, RAW Images passed to Photo AI by Lightroom Classic are recognized by he software but even with Autopilot settings processing gets stuck at roughly 10%. No ‘Preserve Text’ can be applied.
The problem is only with RAW file processing … Non-Raw works fine…
It’s possible that there are missing model files due to a buggy installation or update. Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.
Then rerun the installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/
Let me know if that improves the performance. If not, I’ll have to check some info about the computer itself.
