Topaz Photo AI shuts down after the latest upgrade

Every time I attempt to use Photo AI after the latest upgrade it crashes

Steps to reproduce issue:

I am having the same problem. Following installation of the new upgrades, when trying to load a new picture, the software briefly loads it and then crashes/closes.

  3. Analyzes image then crashes

( I also own Denoise AI, Sharpen AI, Gigapixel AI)

Your machine’s Intel GPU only has about 1 GB of VRAM, while our requirement is 6 GB.
