Topaz Photo AI not saving image as External Editor of Faststone Image Viewer

I am using FastStone Image Viewer( latest release) as quick viewer/small retouch sotfware for my photos ( all saved as JPG/JPEG from my Nikon P530).
I wanted to try Topaz Photo AI ( recomanded by a friend).

  1. I made Topaz Photo as external editor in FastStone Image Viewer
  2. I opened an photo in FastStone Image Viewer
  3. I launch the external editor ( Topaz Photo Ai)
  4. Topaz Photo opens the photo and I am making the necessary adjustments
  5. I give the „Save to FastStone Image Viewer” command
  6. … and I discovered an issue : after making corrections, Topaz Photo AI cannot save the JPG file under FastStone Image Viewer. I tried Topaz versions from 2.4.2 till 3.3.3 and all version have the same issue.
    I tried to make all kind of settings in Windows 10 64 bit, setting Topaz to „run as administrator”… all kind of stuff. Even set an exception in Bitdefender antivirus. All for nothing. I am receiving the same error message : „ Error : Cannot open output file”.
    But, version 2.4.1 is working well : the „save command” Topaz (as external editor in FastStone) is working !!!
    What seems to be the problem ?

At the begining, version 2.4.1 worked well. After trying the updated version 3.3.3 and running back to version 2.4.1, the problem remained the same : „Error : Cannon open output file”. Even in version 2.4.1 , witch initially had no errors.
