JUST PURCHASED AND UPLOADED. TOPAZ LABS FREEZES, CRASHES. ALSO WONT OPEN FROM ICON, HAVE TO RUN FROM APPLICATIONS FOLDER. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE!
Do you have any information about your PC … e.g. Type, Operating System, RAM, GPU with vRAM and Driver version? Especially on Windows.
If on Mac OS make sure that Photo AI has full disk access through security options in Mac OS.
And please don’t post in all capitals as it is considered shouting.
Sorry for the all caps thing, this is a new Mac and I have difficulty typing on it, was just easier that way. Not intending to shout, k? I will post answers to your pertinent questions tomorrow.
