Topaz Photo AI v2.0.5 on Windows

This is issue is similar to prior issue where Photo AI incorrectly saved data… In this instance the metadata is missing completely from the new JPG file.

  1. The original image file.
  2. The processed image.

Please also let me know what your exact workflow is. Are you using Topaz Photo AI as a stand alone or as a plugin to another application? If using it as a plugin, which application are you using it with?

Do you have antivirus on this computer that could be blocking the metadata from writing?

Thank you for the response. I was unable to replicate the problem (although I’ve had this occur in several instances) Is obvious when the GPS data goes missing and I can’t geolocate the photo). When it’s missing it’s all missing… so I suspect it occurs when I add steps, e.g., saving the RAW ARW as TIF and then processing. I’ll keep fiddling with it and get back to you.
