Topaz Photo AI - Enhancements not working in V3.3.3 on Mac

When I try and enhance an image (Upscale, Sharpen, Denoise, etc. the image turns out the opposite of what I was expecting from a sharpness point of view.

I have screen shots and log files but was unable to attach them because of the 2 link limit.

I have uploaded the system info and the logs from Photo AI

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open image
  2. Select any enhancement
  3. Wait for processing
