Win 11 reports “internet connectivity error” after several files are downloaded, and then after hanging for a moment.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - choose to download latest version of Topaz Photo AI
  2. Step 2 - open download file TopazPhotoAI-1.5.4.msi
  3. Step 3 - installer attempts to install and then hangs for a few moments before Win 11 reports an “Internet connectivity error”

Resolved. The problem was with my ethernet adapter, which was not acknowledging received packets in the upload direction. Reset adapter and the problem is now resolved, and Topaz installed correctly.
