[Using Photo AI when it suggests DeNoise and you use it it loses the subject and just shows clear sky with lines (squares) on it. If you simply save the image it also shows only blank sky with squares on it. Hence you cannot use DeNoise .
Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Import photo into Photo AI
  2. Photo AI recommends Upscale Denoise and Sharpen
  3. When you choose Denoise it doesnt work, moves away from the image shown to show a blank screen with a shadow image of squares

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:

  1. The original image file.
  2. The processed image.
  3. A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.

Thanks for sending in those files. I’ve been able to replicate this behavior and have included this information on an on-going support ticket we have open with our development team. I will be sure to let you know any more information on this thread once I have heard back from them :slight_smile:
