Topaz Photo AI created an animal into a photo?

A funny thing happened: I aimed at removing two drain covers near to each other on the ground from a jpg photo. As a result, I got an animal which mostly looks like a long-haired dog. How is this possible?

Steps to reproduce issue: I haven’t tried that.
