Hey Topaz,

My program crashes every time i open it with GPU Processor selected (A6000), This only happens when i select the denoise, face recovery or sharpen OR when i try to export

I have done a clean reinstall of the latest drivers & updated topaz to the latest version

This is a known issue with the RTX AX000 series graphics cards.

We are working on an AI Engine update which should address this. It is currently in testing so it is expected to release soon.

For now, please open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Edit > Preferences > AI Processor menu. In the dropdown menu, select CPU to avoid this crash.
