Topaz Photo AI 3.3.0 Aborts just after starting to work on a jpg <100kb Windows 11 Pro 24H2

PC Intel 620 Graphics, 16Gb RAM etc. please see screenshot

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1
    Starting Topaz and selecting image jpg <100kb
  2. Step 2
    Topaz start analyzing photo 2-3 seconds and then abort
  3. Step 3
    PC return to Windows desktop, have to restart Topaz. New try … abort!

Thank you for responding to my problem with Topaz AI 3.3.0 aborting the process of noise reduction and closing Topaz AI after a couple of seconds when a photo is put onto the workspace or opening from the photo file.
Hope we can fix this, please re the uploaded files in Dropbox.

I’ve reviewed the information about your machine, and unfortunately it confirms that your machine does not meet our Minimum System Requirements. I have included a link to our Topaz Labs Documentation page for your review:

Your machine’s Intel GPU only has about 1GB of VRAM while our requirement is 6GB.

We do have Topaz Photo AI v3.0.4 and v2.4.2, which may give you a more stable application for this machine. You can use the following links to download these installers for your review:

Thank you for your reply, Topaz used to work great and I understand that I can use earlier versions by downloading via your enclosed link.Just one question, how do I uninstall Topaz AI 3.3.0 safely before installing the older version?

There is no need to uninstall the current version as when you run the previous installer it will null the most recent version.
