Topaz Photo AI 2.0 Stops Processing

When opening an image through the File->Plug-in Extras menu, the photo opens and gets stuck about 1/4 into DeNoise. The screen is not frozen and I can continue to move the image around, but it never processes or even starts over after moving the image. Note, it DOES NOT crash.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Open Raw File in Lightroom
2. Open Raw file in Topaz Photo AI using the Plug-in Extras Menu
3. Wait

Thanks for reaching out. Please reproduce this issue.

When it happens again, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the last 3 log files you see so I can check the contents and figure out what is happening.

I believe I’m having the same issue with 2.0.1:

Photo AI 2.0.1 - Never gets beyond about 10% of 'Removing Noise'

Launch Photo AI as a plug-in from Lightroom Classic 12.5 (File → Plug-in Extras → Process with Topaz Photo AI). Let the Autopilot complete. The progress indicator will never get beyond what’s shown in the attached screenshot. This also seems to occur when opening a file directly from Photo AI.
