Topaz Photo AI 2.0.5 Performance issue iMac

I love this tool but the sluggish performance is stealing lots of time from my workflow. Attaching Log for review.

It is annoyingly slow compared to version 1.X

Same here. It’s painfully slow…I recently installed the new Mac OS Sonoma and was wondering if that has anything to do with it.

Just downloaded V2.0.6 which is somewhat better but not close to what we had prior to Sonoma update.

Thanks for sharing, everyone. We haven’t had any reports of systemic compatibility issues with Sonoma. It’s possible that you’re missing model files though. Please follow the steps below to fix this.

In MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders, find Installer and enable all locations for it.

Run the Topaz Photo AI installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/

Let me know if that fixes the speed.
