Topaz Photo AI 2.0.0: AI "Adjust Lighting" doesn't work well with Canon R5 RAW files

I just downloaded Topaz Photo AI 2.0.0, running in Windows 10 on a Dell laptop and loaded in a RAW file from my Canon R5 camera to give it a try.

The new Sharpen and Denoise appeared to work well, so I tried adding Adjust Lighting as well

using the default adjustment of 25.

It turned my photo a strange shade of green.

Is Photo AI still not fully compatible with Canon R5 RAW image files?

Thanks,

Daryl

Thanks for reaching out. We have a known issue with using the Adjust Lighting and Balance Color models with Raw files outputting incorrectly.

We are working on a fix. For now, we recommend not outputting a DNG with these filters turned on.

Thanks, Lingyu.

There turned out to be a second issue as well: Adjust Lighting also added a green tint when I ran JPEGs through it as well.

Tim from Tech Support helped me out with that one. It turned out to be my graphics card. When I switched the AI processing from that to CPU, the tint went away.
