Topaz not upscaling images properly anymore

Since my update, it seems like this program is completely useless. I’m currently trying to upscale an image, and it says it’s been done, and there’s, quite literally, no difference.

This is happening on Mac for all Topaz AI apps minus Video AI. I think something is broken on the Mac side of things. I only have face recovery working and all other upscaling models do nothing (or remarkably) make it worse.

I have tried on several M1,M2 and M3 macs, different OS’s, clean installs - same problem on all devices.

I’ve tried downgrading as well - there is something amiss here.
