Topaz Labs watermark remains after login

I’m experiencing a weird issue where the upscale preview has a Topaz Labs watermark. This happens both in the preview and the export. I am logged in and have an active subscription.

I found an older post that recommended deleting the auth.tpz file, but that did not solve the issue.

When you deleted the auth.tpz file, and relaunched the app, did you log back in manually with your credentials?

I did, yes

Interesting. Let’s do a full uninstall and then reinstall of the latest release then and see if that resets the app for you and sorts this out, as something is preventing the app from accessing the auth token when you are processing and it runs a check.

I experienced the same problem.
So, I uninstalled Topaz Video, then installed Topaz Video
Ver1.1, and updated to the latest version, the watermark no longer appeared.

I’m not sure if this will fix your problem, but please try it if you’d like.
