Many of the software programs don’t convert to DNG. In Topaz JPEG to RAW AI you need to add other raw conversions.
What RAW conversions are you asking for? Remembering that, other than DNG, RAW files contain sensor data specific to individual cameras such as RAF, CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW etc.
