We have since released version 2.2.2. Please visit the Topaz Labs Download Page to download the latest installer and let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

It is not working with version 2.2.2 either (MacOS, 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7, AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4) very slow opening files or freezing.
