Topaz is not recognizing my browser and I am locked out

I purchased Topaz on December 28th and have been using it since. Today after using it all day, I suddenly received a pop-up that asked me to activate my account. When I tried to activate it again it gave a message that I was an invalid Client. I paid for it a week ago.

maybe clear your browser cache and cookies and then log in new. not sure if that helps.

So what is your browser? Most issues are with popups not enabled, another small problem is FireFox and its settings.
