Topaz IA not working on Mac

Topaz AI started malfunctioning today. I go to Topaz AI using plug-in extra in LRC on my Mac. Topaz AI opens up but takes a minute for photo come up. And then stays at generating preview. There are delays in the photo being pulled and proceed. The screen freezes. I have uninstalled and installed the application but it has not resolved the issues.
