Topaz Gigapixel won't download the images edited after last update (7.0.0 Version)

I updated to the latest version and It won’t save the images edited. The Saving window says it’s done but when trying to open it wont’t find the file as it says is missing. I rebooted both my computer and the platform and it just doesn’t work

I sent a message through chat and got the following instructions that work.

his is a known conflict for Gigapixel AI v7. We’ve found that following the steps below has solved this issue:

  1. Delete the Topaz Gigapixel AI folder from the default installation path - *C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel AI*
  2. Open the app Registry Editor on your machine and delete the Topaz Gigapixel AI folder from the registry - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel AI
  3. After you have done this, download a fresh installer for Gigapixel AI v7 from our Topaz Labs Download Page.
