I have a MacBook Pro laptop which I have used the topaz apps since they came out with all the updates the giga pixel AI does not work anymore. I have Ventura installed on my computer and what happens when I put a picture to go to topaz giga pixel it seems to hang up and not proceed both on the independent app as well as on the topaz Photo AI - I did not have problems with this before. Any ideas what is happening? Many thanks
Don’t post under Photo AI as it is nothing to do with it. But you may want to download a trial and see if the upscale works there.
Otherwise you will need to raise a support request at the main website.
