Topaz gigapixel crashing

hello
topaz gigapixel freezes when updating photo and then shuts off. no error messages no nothing

@megatek.albania I suspect there’s a hardware conflict here. Please send me your system profile information so I can check if your computer hardware is up to date: System Requirements | Topaz Photo AI

I should be able to determine next steps given that information.

thank you very much. so this is my system summary. im using a gtx 1070.

Can you find information on the graphics card or even which graphics card you’re using? There should be a “save all information” button at the bottom of the window when you pull up the DxDiag. Uploading that here will give me all the info I need.

Please use this link to update the graphics card drivers: Download NVIDIA, GeForce, Quadro, and Tesla Drivers

If that doesn’t fix it, in Photo AI manually select the GPU to use for processing. Go to the Topaz Photo AI Menu option > Preferences > General menu > AI Processor > NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.

thank you very much for your response. i have the latest drivers and everything else works fine. the only problem is gigapixel which shuts down with no error message or anything. i have downgraded gigapixel and im currently using version 5.7 and using CPU as AI processor. but is very very slow. no other version of Gigapixel works for me. Either in CPU or GPU as AI processor

Thanks for letting me know! Hopefully the version of GP you’re using works for your purposes, albeit slowly. Make sure to close all other unnecessary applications on your computer when you’re using GP so it doesn’t run out of memory.

thank you for your response but i was hopping to use the latest version. i hoped you would give me some solution about my problem
