After the v8.0.3 update, a grid pattern appears when zooming in on ‘High Fidelity’. This occurs when the app outputs to JPG.
There is no problem with v8.0.2 and I don’t know if it is an issue with my PC environment or with ‘Gigapixel’.
If you know how to fix this problem, please let me know.
System
OS:Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz
Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Memory: 16384MB RAM
DirectX Database Version: 1.6.4
I have the same problem and it started very recently. Probably after the last couple of updates. And it’s not just Gigapixel AI. The same happens in Photo AI too. Looks like I will have to downgrade to an older version where the issue was absent.
alex.bart and renar_visuals.Thanks for sharing the issue.
I hope this topic will be brought to the attention of developers, as I don’t think I am the only one with this problem.
In my environment the ‘high fidelity’ problem was improved by updating to Ver 8.1.1.
Thanks to the developer and to those who replied with the same problem.
Thank you very much.
