Topaz program quits at a moment I load a picture, I have windows 11 on my PC, I don’t know what to do???
I had problems with crashes too. My suspicion was that the GUI was clashing with the graphics driver. A recent NVidia app and driver update sorted it for me. Am on Windows 10, GTX1060.

The same problem here! Win10 and same Nvidia.
How to resolve?
My driver was controlled by the NVidia Experience software. I was regularly opening it, checking for updates to see if this would resolve my problem. Eventually an update came in November that replaced this software with “NVidia App”. Once this was installed, a further driver update came and after this was in place, Gigapixel started working as normal.
I don’t know the precise cause or the precise fix. My guess was that there was a clash, and it’s cleared up for me now, after those NVidia updates.
