Topaz Gigapixel 8.3.1 – Can't Choose Models or See Generative Options

I’ve downloaded the trial version to test it out and successfully downloaded the models. Upscaling works, but it doesn’t show me the available models to choose from. Also, the Generative models like Redefine and Recover are missing.

I’m on Windows 10 with an RTX 3090 Ti

Can anyone help me out? This is the weirdest problem ever, it’s not even searchable.

I fault you were mistakenly in trial mode and not trying the software out

You could try rolling back to a previous version
