Topaz fails to update

I always get this whenever trying to update this crappy software. Honestly I’m so sick of topaz, just nothing works properly.

DM for log files

Also default preset doesn’t set
also ProRes cuts a frame off the clip
also preview doesn’t work
also the UI change was annoying
having to open sources and exports as a separate window was the worst idea ever

So sick of this software

Can you send the log files and details to the support team directly? Also if you can let us know was the original installer you used the dmg or package version?
