I removed a couple of unused topaz programs (using cleanmymac) and after doing so Topaz AI no longer recognizes my sign on credentials. Removed and reinstalled, same thing. Starts me off with a trial subscription.
Using CleanMyMac is rather counterproductive.
In Topaz AI you will find the “Account” item in the menu bar. Log in there and the app should be a full version again.
