I load a Sony raw file, process and save as DNG and the program crashes after saving. Sometimes crashes the PC. Same problem when not using GPU. Windows 10, i7, 32 gig ram. Rolled back to the previous version and same problem. All software and drivers latest versions.
A couple of things to do please:
- The RAW images are from a Sony camera, what model please?
- Open DeNoise AI and go to Help- Graphics Info and click on the copy button then reply in this thread by pasting that information.
I am using a Sony a6500. Program still crashes when selecting CPU in preferences.

I would raise a support request on the Topaz Labs website as I see no issues with your configuration.
In fact with the 1060 it should fly.
