Topaz Denoise AI 3.7.0 crashing on a mac studio M1

Denoise AI 3.7.0 is crashing on a mac studio M1 when i batch denoise directly within Lightroom.
also crashing (10 times within 1000pics) when i batchdenoise directly in the app by opening PNG and Tiff files…
sometimes it also hangs (4 times within 1000pics), and i also got some strange big framed quaders on some pics(20 pics from 1000)…

my workaround is denoise all pics on a macmini with intel and an egpu… but this is way much slower than my m1 studio and m2 macbookair

please fix this issues…

this is the framed border (center,top)
its not reproduceable… it happens just sometimes…
just on the m1/m2 macs… no issues on the intel mac

The crash when batch processing is known about and should be resolved in the next release.
