Program crashing during editing/denoise process.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Upload photos
  2. Attempt to make changes to more than one image
  3. Program crashes/closes.

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.

I get the following error message when attempting to open any of the logs

Thanks for sending the log. Does this happen every time you use Topaz Photo AI?

Please try closing all your applications and then processing the image again. Does it still crash?

From the logs, it looks like your computer may be running out of memory which is possible if there are other applications using memory and you are upscaling.

Is your graphics card driver up to date?
