Looks like you don’t have a gpu. Really you need a gpu with 8gb of vRam to run this software.

Sorry what dows GUP stand for? Do you think I can update this pc?

I may have purchased the wrong product here. Looks like my laptop is not powerful enough. I bought this laptop to edit photos but I didn’t tell them id be using AI. I’m a new photographer and haven’t ran any photo software apart from the basic one canon offers for free. Is there another Topaz product I can use on this laptop? I’m sorry for all this, like i said I bought this laptop for photo editing so i figured it was powerful enough, i admit i didn’t check the sys requirements because i was confident that i was good.

please help me with this

I’m sorry, but I don’t think anybody here can help you. You need a minimum of 16GB RAM but you have only 8GB, and a minimum 4GB of vRAM (8GB recommended for the remove tool in Photo AI) and you don’t appear to have any. The requirements are listed here:

Even if you could get it to work you’re not going to have a good experience I’m afraid.

Thanks for replying. Im going to buy a new laptop with the proper requirements. Hopefully this solves my issues. cheers
