Topaz Crashes

Topaz exits my photo as soon as I try to edit it, which means I cant take a screen shot. Even though I checked my system before I ordered it, my guess is I don’t have what I need to run the program. I have an old HP laptop, purchased in Dec 2015, Seems to run fine except for Topaz. Running Windows 10, 64 bit. But only 8 GB RAM and it has a Intel R HD Graphic 5500 card. Is that insufficient to run Topaz??
