Topaz crash with NVIDIA cards

I see that there is a reference to Photo AI crashing with NVIDIA graphic cards. However, I would like to mention that the current official and beta versions of Topaz Video AI are also crashing on my Windows 11 PC?
I haven’t spotted any mention of this yet, so I thought I should do so.

Please use the correct category in future.

Hello,

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport.tar.gz” file to your reply.

I was using the previous Game Ready Drivers (don’t know the version off-hand) but have since installed the brand-new 537.34 version number and no issues. I even managed to run the new Topaz Photo AI at the same time (which previously had issues, as you are no doubt aware).

Forum header says:
“In the latest version of Topaz Photo AI there is a crash on Windows devices with NVIDIA graphics cards. We identified that this is caused by a bug in NVIDIA drivers released in June, July, and August 2023. We reached out to NVIDIA for a fix in their driver…”

Probably you have adblocker, so disable it and read 3 differrent solutions for this issue.

Don’t understand what you are saying with regards to adblocker, but have done so anyway (don’t see anything different?).

Can you see this?

Yes, but I have been able to see this the whole time, which prompted my original topic.

Note adblocker has nothing to do with this, it’s a banner and part of the forum that stays untill removed from the banner TOPIC. If you like you can close it for yourself by clicking on the X.
